Problem:  When you cut and paste from a word processing program like Word into the Etomite content managment system,  the formatting isn’t what is specified by your CSS document.    Font type, size or color might be wrong, for one  example.  If you want your website to have a uniform look, this can be a big problem.  Continue reading →

Problem:  I was called out yesterday to fix a network problem regarding connectivity to the server.  Certain users were able to access the internet but couldn’t connect to the server, exchange/file server (same server).  If you would try to acces server shares or Outlook, you would get an error saying that the server is unavailable.  Continue reading →
