What do I do? The keys work initially when I open an email or go to a website. However, on the website, after I view an embedded video, the keys no longer work. Similarly, on my email program, there is often a "Load Images" button. The keys work initially, but after I click on the "Load Images" button, they no longer work. Why do I have to use the function key? The page up and page down work intermittently. I feel cheated that they don't work all the time, and I don't know what I do to change it.
