Backup Exec Remote Agent Install Fail, Server 2008

Problem:  Trying to do a remote installation of the VERITAS Backup Exec remote agent onto a Windows Server 2008 box but keep getting the error: “Attempting to connect to server \\servername failed with the following error: Access is denied.”  Tried turning off the firewall on the server but still not luck.

Solution:  Found the following article on VERITAS’s site which basically tells me to manually install the remote agent on the server.  Manually installed and all was working well.
