Exchange 2010 Web App: Error 500 after system reboot

Problem: When logging into the Exchange 2010 web app, I got the following error” “HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request. Error 500 after file upload in WordPress using IIS 7.x

Roxio Retrospect 7.7 can’t list volumes on Exchange mailboxes .
