Two Finger Scroll Issues with MacBook Pro and Vista

Problem:  Still learning how to use Vista on my MacBook Pro and the new problem that I have been having was the lack of a page up and page down key. 
Solution:  While  holding down the fn key, use the up and down arrows to achieve page up and page down.
